♥ Ingredients:

• 8 oz (230 g) silverfish
• ¼ cup all purpose flour
• 1 tbsp sugar
• 1 tbsp fish sauce
• ½ tbsp minced garlic
• ½ tsp paprika
• ½ tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
• 1 tbsp roasted sesame seeds (optional)
• oil

• ¼ cup bột mì
• 1 tbsp muỗng canh đường
• 1 tbsp muỗng canh nước mắm
• ½ tbsp muỗng canh tỏi băm nhuyễn
• ½ tsp muỗng cà phê ớt màu
• ½ tsp muỗng cà phê ớt bột (tuỳ thích)
• 1 tbsp muỗng canh mè rang (tuỳ thích)
• dầu chiên
